Born in Queens, New York, Scott grew up all over the tri-state area. In 1990, he moved with his family to Las Vegas, Nevada. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Pace University in New York. After completing his undergraduate studies, Scott attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
During law school, Scott held several externships, one with the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and another with the Clark County Public Defender’s Office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Scott has a great deal of experience successfully litigating cases involving all aspects of construction law, personal injury, business and commercial transactions. He is also adept at providing consulting services to start-up businesses and drafting and negotiating entertainment contracts.
On a personal note Scott is a devoted father to his son, Dominic. He is involved in amateur bodybuilding and is an avid swimmer. He also enjoys playing golf and tennis
Scott is an active member of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, the Clark County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all of the State Courts in Nevada, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the United States District Court – District of Nevada.
